Notary Public Services

We provide Notary Public Services in our office. All you need to do is to bring your documents and valid identification. We also offer mobile notary services within the cities of Oxnard and Ventura*.

Types of Identification needed to notarize a signature:
  • An identification card of driver's license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles
  • A United States Passport
  • A Passport issued by a foreign government.
  • A Martirucla Consular
  • A Driver's license issued by another state of by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorize to issue driver's licenses
  • An Identification Issued by another state
  • A United States military identification card with the required photograph, description of the person, signature of the person, and an identifying number. (Some military identification cards do not contain all the required information)
  • If a person does not have a valid identification as previously mentioned, the identity of the person can be established by the oaths of two credible witnesses who must have a valid identification as previously mentioned.

Fees:
  • $15.00 Per Notarized Signature
  • *$50.00 Travel fee within the Cities of Oxnard and Ventura.
